Comprising of 12 x ISO 30 tools, the Lotus 5 axis CNC router offers the user quick tool changes on a carousel system, without the need for manual intervention.

Working alongside Fusion 360, the Lotus 5-axis CNC router offers extensive 3D capabilities. All Opus engineers are trained fully with Fusion 360 CAD/CAM software.
Warranty
We offer 2 years full parts and labour warranty with all Lotus 5 axis CNC machines. This longer warranty period shows we have greater confidence in our Lotus 5 axis CNC’s durability and quality.
Delivery
Your Lotus 5 axis CNC will be delivered ATC by a curtain side lorry, which will require a heavy-duty forklift.Â
Installation
One of the Opus engineers will carry out the full installation. All Opus engineers are experienced and go through vigorous in-house training programs throughout their Opus careers.
Training
Machine and software training is fully inclusive with the Lotus 5 Axis CNC and is divided into three sections: machine operation, software, and safety. We customise all training to match individual capabilities.

What software is supplied?
Our team of engineers give Fusion 360 training and have the required post-processor to enable the Lotus CNC machine to work seamlessly.Â

Certainly! Our team of engineers give Fusion 360 training and have the required post-processor to enable the Lotus CNC machine to work seamlessly. Once we have carried out the installation you will be provided with machine and Fusion 360 training.Â
Is tooling supplied?
Understanding that each customer possesses unique tooling requirements, our provision of tooling is primarily geared towards the training process. We advise discussing with seasoned tooling suppliers, like Cutting Edge Carbide, to address your specific tooling needs. Additionally, it’s important to highlight that allLotus 5 axis CNC routers seamlessly accommodate ER32 collets.
Do I need 3-phase electric supply?
Lotus 5 axis CNC routers come equipped with a 3-phase connectivity setup. Single phase is unavailable in the Lotus range of CNC routers.
What bed sizes are available?
We offer the following standard sizes, 1300x1300mm, 1300x2500mm, 1525x3050mm, 2100x3050mm, 2000x4000mm and 2000x6000mm. We also manufacture bespoke sized Lotus 5 axis CNC routers. Ask one of the team if you need a bed size which isn’t mentioned above.
