Opus CNC have been perfect from the very start. Delivery and set up was complicated, due to our complex workshop shape, but the Opus engineer managed it well. He showed us the basics and set us up in a few days. We already had trained staff, so we didn’t need the full training time, but it was offered. Faultless delivery and installation.
We are now over a year into owning our Olympus 1530 CNC and cannot fault it in the slightest. It works on demand, no problems and any technical questions we’ve had, Opus are just a call away. Daniel has been very helpful, as have Amanda and Barrie. We would definitely buy an Olympus again, no hesitation.
