The Pegasus 2030 ATC CNC router was successfully installed for our long-standing customer in Hull. Specialising in creating rock wall climbing structures and outdoor adventure parks, this customer is no stranger to cutting-edge technology, as they already utilise our Lotus 5-axis machine in their production.
Adding the Pegasus 2030 ATC further enhances their capabilities, providing them with advanced precision and efficiency. Equipped with a powerful spindle and automatic tool changer, this router easily handles high-precision cuts.
The photo shows the outstanding quality of the sections created using the Lotus 5 Axis machine. The Pegasus will now be cutting smooth, accurate edges around each section.
The initial mould was milled out on their Lotus 5-axis CNC machine. Then, the substrate was vacuum-formed onto this mould so that their new Pegasus 2030 ATC could trim off the moulded sections. This is the perfect solution for their climbing wall production line.
With the Pegasus 2030 ATC fully installed and their team comprehensively trained, our customer is now well-equipped and confident in their ability to maximise the potential of their new machine. This, combined with the versatility of their existing Lotus 5-axis machine, positions them to significantly enhance their production and continue creating exceptional projects.
