Today’s example involved a new customer who approached us with a unique requirement – the need to drill 7,000 dimples daily into PTFE material. To address this challenge, we proposed the utilisation of a top-tier CNC router like the Pegasus CNC.

However, to significantly enhance production capabilities, we devised a CNC system equipped with dual Italian HSD 9kW spindles. We further improved functionality by incorporating an aggregate head on each spindle, capable of accommodating five different tools each. This innovative setup empowers our customer to effectively meet their production demands.

Furthermore, it’s worth noting that each spindle can operate independently or in parallel with the other, providing flexibility and efficiency in managing various tasks.
