We are looking for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Job Description:
As an Administration Assistant at Opus CNC, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of customer service. You will manage work directly with our customers, whilst liaising with the engineering team, providing vital support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
Liaising with directors and engineers to plan and schedule jobs based on location and requirements
Maintaining and updating records and databases
General administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office

Key Requirements:
Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Experience in planning and scheduling (preferred but not essential)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and essential administrative tools
